Plug, plug, plugging along. Keeping up with the days.

I am pretty sleepy now.  Coffee alone isn’t quite cutting it.  More bars last night.  I got some rad photos last night from some of the bars that we went to but I got kind of grumpy because my foot has been bothering me and I got tired.  It’s still snowing here and there, lots of dirty, grity snow all over.  Today Kate, myself and her mom are going to a yarn store and we’re going shopping again, more and more shopping.  More later, I am pretty distracted right now.   Movies, we watched The American Gangster.     

Natspil: a bar

Here are some photos from last night.  We went to a great bar, Natspil.  Here are some photos:   I also got a new camera!  It’s from lomography and you can set two speeds and it takes four photos one right after the other.  Either 4 within 2 seconds or .2 seconds or something. It’s cool. 

Day One: Alterra tours with Lucey

I didn’t get much sleep last night and fell asleep in the car pretty quickly after Angela and Michael picked me up this morning.     If any of you have tips with how to load these images up that would be rad, for I do not.    Note that the sky is crystal clear, no clouds at all.    And this is the next morning, by the end of the day there was over a foot of snow on most of the cars.  It was amazing, however most people were pretty annoyed.  I on the other hand don’t live with snow so as you can imagine I was a great sport for the weather.  Scott and Jennie-G (or Jenny G?)  appreciated my excitement.  We got a bit stuck here and there but importantly no accidents and we got to the bar and bus depot on time.  –patting myself on the back… I brought an umbrella and it came in quite useful on Friday morning.

The ticket has been purchased!  I am flying into Minneapolis on the 1st of May and leaving on the 4th!  I am super excited!

Make-up…  Lauren and I went to this event that was a new release of another make-up line called Fafi.  Weird name if you ask me but the colors were pretty cool.  Lauren and I both picked out our designs that were wanted put on and away it went.  I had more of a smokey look done with weird lipstick that promptly came off once we got into the car and Lauren got simple liquid eye-liner and lots of shimmery golds and light pinky/ copper tones and again with the weird lipstick.  We then promptly dropped way too much money on some of the make-up that was used and went to work.
